This is David.
David Laszlo works at Kaleidoscope.
David has spent most of his working life in the gaps between organisations, helping providers and commissioners of health and social care to imagine better futures, then work out how they are going to make them happen. Mostly, that’s by creating resilient partnerships. Resilient partnerships invest in building a common language as well as a common purpose. They pool their cultures as well as pooling their risks. David has helped a number of exciting collaborations to become more than the sum of their parts, including the Connecting Care programme in Bristol, as well as supporting a number of collaborative and co-production programmes across the NHS.
In previous lives, David has taught people to communicate in various languages, including English, and has managed a genuine sea water swimming pool.
When he has squeezed out of the organisational gaps, David enjoys walking, running and cycling in the Cotswolds, reading and writing fiction, and working through box sets that everyone else saw ages ago.
